Our group puppy classes will get you started off on the right paw with your new puppy!

What you will learn:

sit, down, recalls, leash skills, impulse control, collar work, crate/ house training, social skills with other puppies

This class will have some off leash social time as well as structured training.

Basic Obedience class is for dogs 6 months of age and older. Our Basic Obedience Class will teach you how to properly communicate desired commands you wish to teach your dog.

We will focus on basic commands such as sit, down, leash walking, go to your bed and much more!

This class is held at the Burritts Rapids Community Hall. 

Start: Sat, Feb 1 @115-205pm

Duration: 5 weeks, 50 min class

Continue to build on your skills learned in Basic Obedience Level 1. This class will present higher level of distractions training, adding more duration to stationary behaviours like sit and down.

Continuation of leash skills, meeting other dogs and people on a walk. Eye contact, off or leave it skills and more.

Novice dogs will be working on learning individual stations signs, sequencing skills of up to 10 stations as well as introduction to Advanced Level Stations.

This course will consist of Advanced/Excellent courses ranging from 6-18 obstacles and will introduce jumps, food bowls and higher distraction training.

Duration: 6 weeks, 1 hr / week

This class will focus on CKC Novice, Intermediate and Advanced Level station signs with sequences up to 15 stations. 

New Teams will be working on learning individual station signs,  while more experienced teams will be working on sequences up to 15 stations.
