This class will focus on the basic skills your dog will need for agility.

We will work on recalls games, crate games, building focus, tunnels, handling crosses, cones and jump bumps for young dogs.

You will also learn about good warm up and cool down routines for your dog.

 Our Foundations Level class is for dogs a minimum of 5 months old.

Beginner Level 1 Agility for dogs 12 months and older.

This class will introduce your dog to jumps, tunnels, tire and teeter obstacles as well as introduce handling skills required for agility.

This class will continue to build on the skills learned in Beginner Level 1. Weaves, Aframe and Dog Walk are also introduced in Beginner Level 2.

Dogs must be able to run a minimum sequence of 6 obstacles including jumps, tunnels and tire obstacles. 

Dogs must be 12 months and older.

CURRENTLY FULL

PreStarters class will focus on building contact and weave skills, sequencing 10+ obstacles, dog-handler connection, crosses and more.

Dogs should already know jumps, tunnel,

tire, aframe, started training on teeter & dog walk and be sequencing 8+ obstacles.

CURRENTLY FULL 

Starters Agility class will focus on building course sequencing skills (up to 15 obstacles) connection and break down of the games: Snooker, Gambler and Jumpers.

This course is for dogs that have been trained on all or most obstacles: jumps, tunnel, tire, dog walk, aframe, teeter, weave poles.

CURRENTLY FULL 

This level will focus on Advanced Level courses and breakdown of more complicated Gamble and distance skills.

Private or Semi-Private Agility Lessons are designed for dog/handler teams that may need a little more focused attention. 

Dogs that are nervous or over stimulated around other dogs often do better in smaller groups. 

These sessions are booked by appointment only and are 30 minutes in duration for 5 weeks.
