Build a Better Connection with Your Dog

Obedience Class is for dogs 5 months and older and focuses on basic skills for everyday life. 

What You’ll Learn:

• Sit, Down, Go to Your Bed
• Engagement and focus skills
• Come to me 
• Leash Walking
• Distraction Training

This class is for dogs who are new to training or need a refresher on the basics.

Start Date: Sat, June 13 @1:30pm

Take Your Training to the Next Level 

Obedience Level 2 class is designed for you and your dog to refine your skills and succeed in more challenging, real-world situations.

What You’ll Learn:

• Increased distractions during training
• Longer duration for Sit Stay, Down Stay, and Bed
• Loose-leash skills with medium level distractions such as other dogs walking, people sitting in chairs, and food 
• Focus and engagement on the owner
• Recalls with mild distractions 
• Calm introductions to People 
• Strengthening your dog’s impulse control and reliability for real life control

 Obedience Level 3 – Advanced Skills & Real‑World Reliability

Obedience Level 3 class is designed for dogs and handlers who are ready to take their training beyond the basics and build true reliability in everyday environments. This level focuses on strengthening your dog’s ability to listen, think, and respond—even when life gets distracting.

What You’ll Learn:

• Advanced distraction training  
• How to maintain focus around other dogs, people, movement, sounds, and environmental challenges
• Precision heeling and loose‑leash walking
• Impulse control in real‑life scenarios. Practice calm behavior around temptations such as food, toys and exciting environments.

Who This Class Is For

Dogs who have completed Level 2 (or equivalent)

Start Date: Fri, May 22 @630pm FULL

Duration: 4 weeks - 1 hr per week

Cost: $150+hst

Location: Outdoor parks around Smiths Falls

Perfect for dogs who’ve mastered basic obedience and are ready for more real-life practice, this class helps strengthen your dog’s manners and self-control outside!

• Focus and engagement in public
