Rally obedience classes

Mastered the basics in obedience training and looking to add some fancy new moves? 

Come on out and try some Rally Obedience!

Novice dogs will be working on learning individual stations signs, such as down-walk around dog, come to my side, heel, weave through cones and more!

Start Date:  Thurs, Sept 3 @530pm

Duration: 6 Weeks / 1 hr per week 

Cost: $185+hst

This course will consist of Novice, Advanced and Excellent station signs, courses ranging from 10-18 obstacles and will introduce jumps, tunnels, weaves, food bowls and higher distraction training.

Dogs will be working semi-off leash at this level. 

Start Date: Fri, July 24 @2pm

Duration: 6 weeks / 1 hr per week

CARO Working Level Rally O Class

This class is designed for dog-and-handler teams looking to work beyond the box of course work and will focus on the skills needed for CARO Working Rally O streams.

Following Canadian Association of Rally Obedience (CARO) guidelines, the Working Level focuses on introducing and practicing 10 different stations including Go Out's, Directed Jumping, Retrieve on the Flat, Change of Position, Barrel Racing and more.

Handlers will learn how to improve communication, timing, and teamwork with their dogs. Emphasis is placed on positive reinforcement, engagement, and creating a confident, responsive partner. 

 It also provides a great foundation for those interested in eventually trialing in CARO Rally Obedience.

No prior rally experience is required, but dogs should have basic manners and be comfortable working around other dogs and people.
